Can I keep it mobile and use it on different devices throughout the day? Will it still work?
Sure can. It will still work. Many people keep them mobile and move them from the computer to the TV, etc.
Do I need to align the white dot with north for it to work?
No. It will work fine without being aligned. If you happen to be able to align it, go ahead. It will increase its clearing ability slightly.
What is it made of?
That's a secret. In the manufacturing industry, its called a proprietary formula. That means that only the manufacturer knows exactly what's in it and how it is made.
We can tell you that it contains only organic, natural substances from the earth such as quartz crystal, gemstones and clays.
I've been using my 3-Hole and I noticed the white dot came off. Does that change its clearing ability?
Not at all. The white dot is only there to point out where to align it. If you look closely, there is a little dent where the white dot was, so you'll still know where to align it in the future.
