What is the HAARP Project?

According to the official High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) website, HAARP is an investigation project to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems." HAARP is a high-frequency (HF) transmitter system used to modify the ionosphere. The project is jointly funded by the United States Air Force, the Navy, and the University of Alaska. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The project site is near Gakona, Alaska (lat. 62.23 N, long 145.09 W), just West of the Wrangell-Saint Elias National Park.

Other sources claim HAARP is a 'Star Wars Weapon System' based on technology from Nikola Tesla. The military refutes this. According to the book Angels Don't Play This HAARP by Dr. Nick Begich and Jeane Manning:

"HAARP publicity gives the impression that the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program is mainly an academic project with the goal of changing the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. However, other U.S. military documents put it more clearly -- HAARP aims to learn how to 'exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes'. "

HAARP Antennas

HAARP is said to have 246 antennas erected. Each antenna acts as a transmitter, sending electromagnetic radiation into the ionosphere. HAARP can transmit between 2.8 and 10 MHz. This frequency range lies above the AM radio broadcast band.

The HAARP Electro-Jet

The HAARP “electro-jet” is a river of electricity that flows thousands of miles through the sky and down into the polar icecap. The electro-jet is a vibrating artificial antenna for sending electromagnetic radiation raining down on the earth. The U.S. military states this is being used for "X-raying" the earth and communicating with submarines.

HAARP as Mind Control

Fears have been expressed that HAARP could be used as a nefarious global EMF weapon. The US government denies this and other accusations of HAARP’s uses for mind control, as was alleged by Nobel Peace Prize Nominee Dr. Samuel Beckett in his book titled “Electropollution and the promise of Electromedicine”.

HARRP can alter atmospheric wind patterns and modify the atmosphere's molecular structure, resulting in weather modification.

How does the Clearfield Plate work?

How do I use the Clearfield Plate?

The Clearfield Plate can be hung on a wall (hanging hardware included) or placed on a plate stand. It should be placed on the ground floor of a multi-level space for optimal clearing. The Clearfield Plate clears in a 360° radius and can be place in either end of the home or in the center and is also a powerful Feng Shui cure when placed in an area of the Baqua that needs enhancing. The Clearfield Plate can be used outdoors and is great for farms and Beekeeping. (If used outdoors it does need to be protected from the elements.)

The Clearfield Plate will not wear out and does not require recharging.
